Roads in the Community
To view a video and pictures about the roads in the community click here
Through the Race course community the majority of roads are made of compacted mud. Those major roads that once had tarmac on are now potholed and in very poor. During the dry season [March to October] this isn’t a problem as without any rain the roads become compact and firm. Able to bear cars and people without to much problem. It is during the rainy season they quickly become a quagmire that any vehicle braves at its peril. Pools of water for that foster mosquitos and the spread of malaria, as well as dysentery in all its forms.
