What is your job title? Chairperson What is your role at school? Looking after the welfare of the children, teachers, infrastructure and financial school matters. How long have you been working with Ituna Community School? I have been working for one year six months. What do you enjoy about your role at school and working with the children? I enjoy seeing that the orphans and vulnerable children have access to education like other children in government schools. What difficulties do you find working at Ituna School? Lack of good buildings at the moment and teachers allowances. What family do you have? Seven children and one dependant. How many times do you have a meal in a day? Once a day in the evening How do you hope the school will develop over the next years? For the building to be completed from its slab level. What would you like to see happen? To improve the conditions of teachers, and to train the orphans in different types of skills.
